As an independent non-profit organization, The Service Collaborative has been recognized as a community leader with the capacity to identify/address community needs through direct service for over 20 years.  TSC is built on an infrastructure of responsible grant stewardship of Corporation for National and Community Service and other federal funds, producing countless quality programs involved in transformational service. TSC seamlessly continues its provision of national service programs to WNY, overseeing, on average, five national service programs annually. Currently, we operate two AmeriCorps State programs, an AmeriCorps VISTA program, US Department of Labor YouthBuild Program, and a Volunteer Generation Fund program.

During the last full year of programming, TSC saw 312 National Service participants serve 186,471 hours of service at 94 community partners; 25,908 low-income individuals and families served; 7,763 volunteers recruited and mobilized to serve 54,626 hours; and 886 students received academic support under evidence-based social emotional and math interventions.
