Alums of TSC service programs have gone on to successful careers in a variety of fields, including non-profit management, consulting, education, government, and the arts.

That’s because employers view alums of service programs as motivated, flexible, and outcome-oriented leaders who have developed valuable skills and training. AmeriCorps members who serve through TSC programs receive regular professional development training during their service terms including an annual “Life After AmeriCorps” training. Employers of National Service connects alums from AmeriCorps and Peace Corps with employers from the private, public, and nonprofit sectors, including Disney, Comcast, Delta Airlines, the National Park Service, and many more.
